Define
This would be a phase where we analyze the customer\'s needs to outline a definition of the product qualifications. We meet the client and ask questions about what he/she wants. Then we illustrate what the product will do. Instead of already trying to figure out how the product will work, we study the product requirements to ensure our success in meeting the specs. The desired result of this phase is a detailed document of the product specifications.
Architect
After a thorough definition of requirements and specifications, we begin the architect phase. We let our web developers and design professionals to apply their technical and creative skills to create a plan to an achievement of a solution.
Design
There are two major sub-phases of the design phase:
Build
This is where the detailed design gets to be assembled. We follow the recipe we developed during the design phase to build the product. It is important to have the design of the product thoroughly worked out so that building is just following the main design’s instructions.
Deliver
During the deliver phase, we comprehensively test every detail of the product to make sure it meets every single spec that we studied back in the design phase (see above). When everything seems to be correct and working, then we release the product to the customer.

There are two major sub-phases of the design phase:
- Preliminary Design:
These are sketches, brainstorming, and sharing of ideas within the team members to attain the final design specifications.
- Detailed Design:
Detailed design comes after preliminary, where the most popular idea gets implemented into a detailed arrangement. This phase focuses on every little sub-problem to meet all the requirements.
