Our process consists of phases during which specific goals must be achieved prior to transition to the subsequent phase.
Transition from one phase to the next is performed by your dedicated Project Manager whose focus is on providing seamless transition from concept to completion.
Our process is composed of the following five distinct phases:
Define
We analyze the customer's needs to outline a definition of the product qualifications. We meet with you to find out what you need and want. Then, we illustrate what the product will do. The desired result of this phase is a detailed document of the product specifications.
Architect
After a thorough definition of requirements and specifications, we begin the architect phase. We let our web developers and design professionals to apply their technical and creative skills to create a plan to an achievement of a solution.
Design
There are two major sub-phases of the design phase:
- Preliminary Design: where sketches and brainstorming occur to attain the final design specifications.
- Detailed Design: where the most popular idea gets implemented into a detailed arrangement.
Build
The detailed design is assembled by following the framework developed during the design phase.
Deliver
We comprehensively test every detail of the product to make sure it meets every single specification. After testing is complete, we release the product to the customer.
